Q- Do I need to have a doctor's prescription to change the dosage form on my current medication?

A- Yes, everything at Compounded Solutions is done by prescription. However, if you let us know what your needs are, we will contact and assist your doctor in making the necessary changes to your prescription.

Q- How can I get my prescription?

A- You can pick up your prescription at our pharmacy or, we can ship your prescription to you. We use DHL and charge $7.50 to cover Shipping and Handling. Your medication will arrive to you anywhere in the United States within 2-3 business days. Should you need your medication sooner we can arrange for an overnight shipment for an additional fee.

Q- Will my insurance cover the cost of my prescription?

A- Most insurance plans do cover compounded prescriptions. Although we do not bill insurances directly, we will provide you with all the necessary forms to submit to the insurance company for reimbursement. We recommend that you check with your insurance company to see if compounds are covered under your specific plan.
